How Clinical Integrity Group handles information submitted through this website.
Effective date: September 28, 2026
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Clinical Integrity Group, LLC (“Clinical Integrity Group,” “the firm,” “we”) is a healthcare consulting and advisory firm registered in the State of Maryland. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be waded through.
Scope
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover information handled inside a consulting engagement, which is governed by the agreement for that engagement, nor does it cover websites operated by anyone else that we may link to.
This website is an information and inquiry site for organizations. It is not a patient portal, not a clinical service, and not a place to seek medical care or medical advice.
Information we collect
Information you send us deliberately. If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your organization, your title or role, your work email address, the type of inquiry you select, your message, and — if you choose to answer it — how you heard about the firm. Only the name, organization, work email, inquiry type and message fields are required. Nothing on the form asks for payment details or identity documents.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Information we do not collect. This website does not use cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies of any kind. It does not build a profile of you, and it does not follow you to other websites. There is nothing on this site that reports your visit to a third party.
Server records. Like nearly all websites, this site is delivered by a web host whose servers keep routine technical logs — for example the IP address a request came from, the time of the request, and the page requested — for security and reliability purposes. These logs are created and retained by the hosting provider under its own practices rather than by us for marketing purposes.
Information you should not send us
Please do not send patient information, protected health information, individually identifiable clinical details, or confidential information belonging to your organization through this website’s contact form or by ordinary email. Neither channel is designed or secured for that material.
If an engagement requires exchanging sensitive information, that exchange will be arranged separately under an appropriate agreement and an appropriate method.
How we use what you send
We use the information you submit to read your inquiry, respond to it, and continue the conversation if there is one to have. We may keep the correspondence as an ordinary business record of who contacted the firm and about what.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an inquiry; if the firm ever offers a subscription, it will be something you opt into knowingly and can leave easily.
When information may be disclosed
We may disclose information you send us in limited circumstances:
- To service providers that operate the website and its email, such as the web hosting and email infrastructure that carry your message, and only as needed to provide that service.
- When the law requires it, such as a valid legal request or an obligation we are subject to.
- To protect people or the firm, where disclosure is necessary to address a security incident, prevent harm, or establish or defend legal rights.
- With your direction, when you ask us to share something on your behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it remains useful as a business record, and then dispose of it. We do not maintain a marketing database of website visitors.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Inquiries arrive by email and are handled on business accounts under ordinary access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is the practical reason for the request above: please do not send clinical or confidential material through this site.
Your choices
You are never required to submit anything to use this website; the pages are readable without giving us any information. If you have sent us an inquiry and would like us to correct it or delete the correspondence, write to info@clinicalintegritygroup.com and we will act on the request. If you have asked us not to contact you again, we will not.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under local law. If you tell us what you are asking for, we will handle the request in good faith and in line with the law that applies to it.
Clinical information and medical care
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no page of it establishes a clinician–patient relationship. This site is not for emergency care, individual medical advice, patient services, appointment scheduling, or medical records requests. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
Children
This website is directed to organizations and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Material changes — for example, adding analytics or connecting a new business system — will be reflected here before or when they take effect.
