ABOUT CLINICAL INTEGRITY GROUP
Strengthening the Connection Between Strategy and Practice
Clinical Integrity Group, LLC was created from a deep commitment to improving how healthcare works for the people, families, communities, and professionals who depend on it. Its roots are grounded in a recognition that some of healthcare’s most consequential challenges do not arise from a lack of knowledge, commitment, or good ideas—but from the difficulty of translating those ideas into systems and practices that work consistently in the real world.
Across healthcare, talented professionals work within programs and organizations committed to improving care. Yet even strong initiatives can encounter gaps between what is envisioned and what can actually be implemented—gaps in workforce readiness, clinical operations, communication, processes, resources, and the ability to sustain improvement over time.
CIG exists to help close that gap.
We believe meaningful healthcare improvement happens when strong ideas are matched with strong systems; when the people responsible for delivering care have the tools, preparation, and support they need; and when implementation is designed not simply to launch, but to last.
That conviction became the foundation of Clinical Integrity Group.
Today, CIG is a healthcare consulting and advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations strengthen systems, develop workforce capacity, improve operations, and translate important healthcare priorities into sustainable practice.
Our Purpose
Healthcare organizations are continually being asked to do more—improve outcomes, expand access, strengthen quality, develop their workforce, implement new programs, respond to changing needs, and make better use of limited resources.
The challenge is often not identifying what should improve. The harder work is determining how to make improvement practical, achievable, and sustainable within the realities of an organization.
That is where CIG focuses its work.
We help organizations examine the systems behind healthcare delivery: how people are prepared, how work moves, where barriers exist, how programs are implemented, and what capabilities are needed to sustain progress.
Our purpose is not simply to recommend change. It is to help organizations build the capacity to carry change forward.
What We Believe
We believe the people closest to healthcare delivery often hold some of the most valuable insight into what is working, what is not, and what needs to change.
For that reason, CIG approaches consulting as a collaborative process.
We begin by listening and understanding the environment before prescribing solutions. We respect the expertise already present within an organization while bringing an outside perspective that can help identify gaps, connect priorities, strengthen processes, and move ideas toward implementation.
We also believe that a recommendation has limited value if an organization cannot realistically implement or sustain it.
Our work therefore considers not only what should change, but also the people, workflows, resources, structures, and capabilities required to make that change possible.
Our Approach
Four principles guide how Clinical Integrity Group approaches its work.
-
Integrity
We begin with an honest understanding of the organization, its environment, its strengths, and the challenges affecting performance or implementation.
-
Insight
We translate clinical, operational, workforce, and organizational information into meaningful direction and practical priorities.
-
Implementation
We help move strategy into action through practical workflows, workforce development, tools, processes, and implementation support.
-
Impact
We focus on strengthening systems, capabilities, and practices so improvements can be sustained beyond the engagement.
Integrity. Insight. Implementation. Impact.
These principles are more than a framework. They reflect the standard CIG brings to its work: understand responsibly, think critically, implement practically, and build with sustainability in mind.
Where Our Work Is Rooted
Maternal and child health holds a central place in the work of Clinical Integrity Group.
It is an area where the strength of healthcare systems, workforce preparation, clinical operations, access, quality, and implementation can have profound implications for women, children, families, and communities.
That foundation informs a broader commitment to strengthening healthcare delivery.
CIG’s capabilities extend across Maternal & Child Health Program Strategy, Fertility & Reproductive Health Initiatives, Clinical & Healthcare Operations, Workforce Development & Clinical Education, Quality Improvement & Performance, and Global Health & Capacity Building.
Across each area, the purpose remains consistent: strengthen the systems and people responsible for turning healthcare priorities into practice.
A Commitment That Extends Beyond Borders
Strong healthcare systems and capable healthcare workforces are essential in every community, but the resources available to build and sustain them are not distributed equally.
CIG’s commitment to capacity building therefore extends beyond the Mid-Atlantic region.
Based in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC region, Clinical Integrity Group is positioned to support organizations locally, nationally, and through collaborative global health initiatives.
The firm is positioned to support organizations in West Africa and comparable health systems, with an emphasis on approaches that respect local expertise, strengthen workforce and organizational capacity, and support sustainable implementation.
Our goal is not to impose solutions from the outside. It is to contribute expertise in ways that strengthen the capabilities already present within the organizations and communities doing the work.
Building Capacity That Lasts
For CIG, successful consulting should leave more behind than a report.
It should leave stronger processes.
Better-prepared people.
Greater clarity.
Practical tools.
Improved implementation capacity.
And an organization better equipped to continue the work after the engagement ends.
That is the kind of impact Clinical Integrity Group is built to pursue.
Understand the system. Strengthen the people within it. Build for implementation. Create capacity that lasts.
